Bell County Comic Con is committed to providing a clean and safe convention for all attendees, guests, exhibitors, volunteers, and staff.
We will be following current federal, state and local recommendations regarding events and gatherings. Changes you may not notice have been implemented and will be reflected in the layout and operations of the event. Additionally, our venue, the Cadence Bank Center, is working diligently to maintain the highest standard of cleanliness throughout the event.

While we want everyone to be able to attend BCCC, if you feel ill or have cold/flu/covid symptoms, we ask that you please stay home. Please continue to practice good personal hygiene and wash your hands frequently.

Our current health protocols include:

Hand sanitizing stations situated throughout the event

Regular cleaning and disinfecting of high-touch surfaces such as handles, buttons, and handrails

Wider aisles implemented throughout the convention to help increase social distancing among attendees
For your safety, there are a number of security measures we employ at the facility, with our exhibitors and with attendees, in an effort to keep everyone at Bell County Comic Con safe. The majority of these procedures won’t be seen or disrupt your time at the event.

All attendees should be aware that bag checks will be conducted at each of the entry points before entering the facility. Please plan extra time for this process if you are bringing in bags. Large VIP Loot Bags can be purchased inside at the BCCC Official Merch Booth. In addition, props that resemble weapons must be clearly marked and properly tagged by our prop check department before entering the halls.

Lewd or offensive behavior - physically or verbally - towards anyone else at Bell County Comic Con, including attendees and/or staff, is strictly prohibited. Non-consensual physical contact or taking of photos can be considered invasive and inappropriate and is not allowed without consent from all parties.

Should you experience an issue or witness one, please contact the nearest security personnel immediately or report it to one of the information booths located around the convention. Bell County Comic Con puts these guidelines in place so that all members of our diverse community have an enjoyable experience.
